Grand Design RV Rally – Red Bluff, CA

We had the opportunity to attend the Grand Design Rally in Red Bluff, California this past weekend. Our shop foreman, Joe Grover, was able to help out a customer who had purchased a 2017 Reflection from us.

Dear Mr. Johnson:
We attended the Grand Design Rally in Red Bluff, CA and had submitted a request for a technician to check several issues with our 2017 Reflection which we purchased from Happy Daze RV.
This letter is to highly commend the attention we received from Joe Grover. While most of the issues were minor, which Joe quickly addressed, the water pump had burned out due to a kink in a hose. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem, located a new water pump and all necessary parts from the Grand Design Tech on sight, and made the repair. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, he has a very personable and easy to talk with as he answered our questions and shared information.
